What are urgent-match leads?
When a customer posts a Need It Now request, relevant nearby providers are invited to respond. Pro and Business plans include a set number of these leads monthly. Additional leads are $2 each.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Switch between plans whenever your needs change. Your listings and reviews stay with your profile.
What does the transaction fee cover?
The transaction fee applies to completed bookings and orders processed through LocalLoop. It covers payment processing, platform infrastructure, and customer support.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs. Optional add-ons like boosted local placement ($15/week per category) are entirely optional and clearly priced.
What payment methods do customers use?
Customers can pay online through LocalLoop with a standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, or arrange payment directly with the provider.
